Most mobile food dispensing vehicles in Florida are licensed by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants. Some non-cooking retail units fall under the Department of Agriculture instead. We build to the Florida food code either way.
Every trailer is collected in person from our Wayne, NJ shop — we don't ship. Florida buyers either make the tow themselves or arrange their own transport, so budget for that alongside the build.
Trailers aren't wind-rated the way fixed structures are, but anchoring and tie-down matter in Florida, and individual counties, parks, and event venues often set their own requirements. Tell us where you'll operate and we'll spec accordingly.
We build with NSF-compliant equipment and layouts designed against the Florida food code, and we supply the spec documentation plan review asks for. Final approval is the inspector's call — we can't promise an outcome on their behalf, only that the build meets the standard.
