The checklist a fully equipped trailer should meet

Base build versus fully equipped
The prices on our model table are base builds before equipment packages. The configurator adds equipment to the base and shows the itemized total, so you can see exactly which line moves the price.
How to compare two quotes
Compare line by line, not total to total. Ask what is excluded: on pizza builds we do not include the oven, because operators bring the oven they want to cook on. Ask who installs and certifies the suppression system, whether the equipment carries NSF listings, and what the lead time is measured from.
