Eastcoast Concessions builds two sizes of small food trailer in Wayne, New Jersey: the 8-foot by 7-foot Mighty Mite from $15,990, towable by most half-ton SUVs and pickups, and the 12-foot Steel Box and Premium Box from $20,300 and $25,900 before equipment packages. All three use the same NSF-compliant, ETL-listed equipment as our full-size trailers and take 2–14 weeks from drawing approval.

Mighty Mite (8' × 7', from $15,990) — compact design, efficient layout and quick setup. It is our smallest concession build, sized for event circuits, breweries, festivals and tight lots where a full-size trailer will not fit.
Steel Box (12' × 7', from $20,300) — a versatile layout with service windows and a full build-out, for operators who need real cooking capacity without going past 12 feet.
Premium Box (12' × 8.5', from $25,900) — the 3+1 sink package, coin rubber flooring, polycore siding and a concession window with glass and screens, in the same 12-foot length but a wider body.
Size does not change the code: a small trailer still needs a three-compartment sink, a separate handwashing sink, fresh and wastewater tanks, and NSF-listed equipment.
