Base builds run from $15,990 for the 8-foot Mighty Mite to $32,400 for the 16-foot Ironline before equipment packages. There is no standard price for an equipped build: every trailer is custom, and the equipment list, hood and fire suppression, electrical service and finish set the final number. Builds run 2–14 weeks from drawing approval, depending on equipment lead times and finish complexity. In-stock inventory can be collected as soon as payment clears.
A food trailer is towed; a food truck has its own engine. Trailers are typically lower-cost, easier to maintain, and can be parked while you use a separate tow vehicle.
We don't deliver. Every trailer is collected in person from our factory at 6 Leo Place, Wayne, NJ, within two weeks of our notification that it is complete. Buyers arrange their own transport home.

Yes. Our Pizza Collection is designed to accept wood-fired, gas, and electric pizza ovens. We engineer the trailer around the oven you choose — including reinforced flooring, ventilation, fire suppression, and clearances that meet NSF and local fire-code requirements.
A typical mobile pizza trailer includes the trailer chassis, oven cutout and ventilation, prep tables, refrigeration, sinks for NSF compliance, electrical, propane (if applicable), and a serving window. The oven itself is sourced separately — we build the business around your preferred oven.
